Transitioning to a new job can be a stressful time. The goal was to create an experience that was both reassuring and electrifying to new hires joining the Walmart eCommerce family. Alongside writer, Stephanie Reese, we created the Launch it campaign as a way to welcome our newest members of our ever-growing Walmart family with a sense of ownership and pride.
In addition to a completely rethought on-boarding presentation studded with aspirations language and custom awe-inspiring illustrations, the team created a brand new swag box to celebrate the journey of a new-hire’s first 180 days in their new position.

I collaborated with in-house Creative Team to rebrand company collateral including: staff business cards, pitch decks and wrap reports, e-mail broadcast layouts, action guides, social media assets and microsites for national cause campaigns that reach over two million (and counting!) active members.

The charge was to create a head-turning teaser for the first-ever Ogilvy Hackathon. My writing partner Lindsey Reilly and I developed the theme "Hack Your Heart Out", which was pulled through with invitations, posters, t-shirts, and themed presentations.
